Pecorino Il Piacere with Truffle – a refined Italian sheep’s milk cheese, combining a rich, creamy flavour with the delicate and distinctive aroma of summer truffle.

Ingredients: Pasteurised SHEEP’S MILK, processed summer truffle 1.7% (chopped summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vittadini), water, flavourings, salt), salt, rennet, starter cultures.

The rind is treated with rapeseed oil. The rind is not edible.
