LAZUR Skalmierzycki is a Polish blue cheese with a soft, creamy texture and a distinctive mild, slightly spicy flavour. Sliced and conveniently packed in a 100 g package. Pasteurized whole cow’s milk, salt, stabilizer calcium chloride, lactic acid bacteria starter culture, colouring agent carotenes, bacterial cultures Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5® and Bifidobacterium BB-12®, mould culture Penicillium roqueforti. Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 1572 kJ / 379 kcal, fat 32 g, of which saturates 22 g, carbohydrates 1.8 g, of which sugars 0 g, protein 21 g, salt 1.5 g. Best before: see packaging.
