Squid Ink Paella Kit

Everything you need to prepare an authentic squid ink paella at home, one of the most iconic dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.

The kit includes a paella pan to cook the rice, together with 500 g of rice, 2 tins of squid in ink sauce and sachets of natural ink to intensify its deep seafood flavor. And to serve it the traditional way, a delicious alioli.

Ingredients:

Rice. SQUID (mollusc), sunflower oil, onion, tomato, ink (1%), vegetable fibre (potato and bamboo), spices, rice flour, salt. Aioli: sunflower oil, water, garlic, lemon juice, salt. CUTTLEFISH (mollusc), water, salt, thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
